COMMISSION TYPES AND PRICES

Commissions are NOT first come, first serve and are selected based on content! Quotes and inquiries please feel free to contact me!

Terms of Service

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must be 18 years or older to commission my services. Notification otherwise will result in immediate cancellation of the project!When hiring an artist, you are commissioning their particular style and skill level. Please view my gallery for examples of my work before commissioning!

1. GENERAL INFORMATION▪ I reserve the right to refuse any commission, without explanation.
▪ Commission openings will be announced on Bluesky, Discord, SubscribeStar, FA and Weasyl with either a Google Doc link enclosed or Questionnaire Prompt.
▪ 2 visual references -OR- a Ref Sheet must be provided for each character.
▪ Inquiries are always open via email TetheredDragon at gmail. A reply of a quote does not secure a commission slot.
▪ 2 small revisions without extra cost. Any large correction(s) needed that were not stated in any references or text may require an additional fee.
▪ Upon completion, Commissioner will receive a zip file including final High Res, Low Res (for posting), Line Art and all WIPs in PNG format. Revisions will not be made after completion.
▪ I require direct permission from all parties involved before accepting commissions, this includes gifts! If multiple people wish to divide commission price, a single collected payment is preferred.2. PAYMENT▪ An invoice will be sent within 24 hours of acceptance. Payment is required within 2 business days of invoice date, unless discussed otherwise.
▪ Large project(s) require 20% of the total price upfront; this deposit is non-refundable, non-negotiable and any completed files will not be distributed until full payment is received.
▪ If full payment is not received within 30 days of project completion, this will be treated as an abandoned contract and no refunds will be issued, nor future commissions considered.3. SHIPPING▪ Shipping/Handling are calculated in quoted price. Full payment must be received before shipping.
▪ Shipping/Handling only applies to ConBadge and traditional illustrations
▪ International shipping, including Canada and US territories, please be aware of postage cost as it may heighten base prices. I personally pack each item and take great care to make sure no harm is done to the item(s) during transit, however I have no control over the handling of property after it has left my possession.4. TIMEFRAME and DEADLINES▪ Deadlines must be negotiated before payment. If a deadline is reasonable, I will make my best efforts to meet the agreed date. Any large edits may upset the agreed completion date! If these edits were a result of improper information received, there will be no compensation for the due date not met.
▪ Each step (Sketch, Line Art, Flat Color, Final Details) requires an approval to continue the project. Delay in responses may result in failure to meeting agreed deadlines. The Commissioner is provided a link to my Trello, where they may check their status. It is encouraged that Commissioners check their Trello tab for regular status updates. Trello tabs are updated every day IF APPLICABLE.5. REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS▪ Refunds may be requested by the Commissioner at any time if project(s) have not been completed. This may result in disregard for future transactions.▪ Lack of communication, harassment, inappropriate or otherwise disruptive behavior may result in a partial refund and/or blocked account.
▪ If the Commissioner or myself wishes to cancel the transaction before completion, the refund amount will be determined by the current work in progress.6. PRIVACY▪ Personal information such as legal name, shipping address, phone number, etc. will be kept strictly confidential.▪ Private Commissions are available for an additional $50.00 fee. If Commissioner posts private marked pieces, this will be considered a breach of contract and this fee will not be refunded if I choose to post thereafter.
▪ Private Commissions will NOT be Streamed publicly, however a request for a private Stream may be considered. These types of commissions will not be posted or shared by the Artist. Commissioners choosing to remain anonymous will be listed by their Invoice Number and able to check their status on my Trello.7. COPYRIGHT, OWNERSHIP and DISTRIBUTION▪ ALL artwork produced by me is for Noncommercial use only! Do not resell or use for commercial purposes without written permission.
▪ I do NOT consent for my work to be used as NFT's/AI scrape machines nor do I allow commissions to be used with the intent of turning them into NFTs/AI scraping! All my illustrations are created with valued time and passionate consideration. I do not support AI art or Generative AI.
▪ My signature must remain on any and all images created by me or any other collaborating artist. No manipulation or alteration without written permission.
▪ Re-posting is allowed only by the Commissioner and other parties included in the transaction, with appropriate credit given myself, and if applicable, any other artist involved.
▪ SubscribeStar patrons receive early access to posted art, therefore commissioners must delay posting their completed piece for 7 days, unless stated otherwise.
